• Send electronic certificates in PDF format upon course completion.

• Assign an academic advisor to guide you throughout your learning journey.
• Issue a personalized academic contract outlining course details, teacher information, and
payment schedules.
• Flexibly choose your school hours in coordination with our team for maximum convenience.

Student Requirements
Before registering, ensure that you meet the following conditions:

• Have a good internet speed connection
• Own a computer, laptop, or smartphone with a USB-compatible headset and microphone.
• Possess a valid bank account or credit card for payments.
• Respond to the academic contract within 24 hours to confirm acceptance.
• Provide updated personal information to maintain accurate records.
• Pay course fees on the due date as agreed upon with your academic advisor

Course Completion and Certification
To successfully complete a course and receive a certificate:
• Achieve a score of at least 65% on the final exam.
• Attend at least 75% of the lessons (27 out of 36 direct sessions).

Financial Terms and Conditions

Deferral of Study


Students may defer their studies by notifying the Follow-up Department at least 8 days in advance. To
process deferral:
1. Specify the return date to resume lessons.
2. Pay all pending fees before the deferral is approved.
3. Note that experimental month participants are not eligible for deferrals without approval.
4. Students will receive up to three make-up lessons to ensure continued progress.


Payment and Refund Policy


• Full Fee Payment: 50% refund if no services (e.g., software installation, level assessment) are
provided.
• First Installment Payment No refund due to seat reservation.
• Experimental Month Payment: No refund is available for the trial period.
Failure to pay fees on the due date may result in suspension of services.
